Welcome to Tuesday, September 15th, Care Bears and Uncaring Bros...
President Trump has again suggested he might spend three terms — 12 years — in office, saying he was "probably entitled" to it.
The president has discussed serving more than two terms on multiple occasions. He’s also continued to claim, with no evidence, that he “won the popular vote if you deduct the millions of people who voted illegally.”
The 22nd Amendment to the Constitution, ratified in 1951, states that "no person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice."
Would you support Trump serving a third term in office?

Federal Agencies’ Congressional Budget Justifications
On Monday, the House passed H.R. 4894, which would require federal agencies to make their budget justification materials (formally known as congressional budget justifications, or CJs) available to the public via both a centralized, searchable website and on each agency’s own website.
Agencies are already required to produce these materials for annual budget requests.
Supporters argue taxpayers have a right to know how federal agencies are using their dollars. Critics say Congress and the Office of Management and Budget already encourage the publication of budget justifications, so this legislation isn’t needed.
Should the Senate take up the bill?
