1. KNOW THE DATES
- Primary Election: Oregon's primary election is on May 15, 2018.
- General Election: The general election is on November 6, 2018.
2. REGISTER TO VOTE

- Primary Registration Deadline: The registration cutoff for the Primary Election is April 24, 2018.

4. WHAT TO TAKE TO THE POLLS

- Don't have valid ID?: Once you have registered to vote, no further voter ID is required to vote in OR except for some first time voters.

January 23, 2018
- Ballot Measure #1: Healthcare Insurance Premiums Tax for Medicaid Referendum — Approves tax on certain insurance premiums for Medicaid funding
November 6, 2018
- Ballot Measure #2: Allow Municipal Bond Revenue to Fund Privately Owned Affordable Housing Amendment — Allows cities and counties to use bonds to fund privately owned affordable housing
- Ballot Measure #3: Ban Public Funds for Abortions Initiative — Prohibits public funds from being used for abortions, except when medically necessary or required by federal law
- Ballot Measure #4: Definition of Raising Revenue for Three-Fifths Vote Requirement Initiative — Amends the state constitution to require a 3/5 vote of the legislature to pass bills reducing tax breaks that increase revenue to the state
- Ballot Measure #5: Ban Taxes on Groceries Initiative — Prohibits state and local governments from enacting taxes on groceries
- Ballot Measure #6: Measure 105, Repeal Sanctuary State Law Initiative (2018) — Repeals Oregon's sanctuary law, which prohibits state agencies (including law enforcement) from using state resources to enforce federal immigration law
