5. BALLOT MEASURES FOR YOUR APPROVAL
- Ballot Measure #1: Measure 2, Citizen Requirement for Voting Amendment Initiative — Amends the state constitution to clarify that only U.S. citizens may vote in federal, state, and local elections
- Ballot Measure #2: Measure 3, Marijuana Legalization and Automatic Expungement Initiative — Legalizes recreational marijuana for people 21 and up and creates an automatic expungement process for individuals with convictions for a controlled substance that's been legalized
