1. KNOW THE DATES
- Primary Election: New Hampshire's primary election is on September 11, 2018.
- General Election: The general election is on November 6, 2018.
2. REGISTER TO VOTE
- Registration Status: Not sure you're registered? New Hampshire has same day registration, so you can confirm your registration at your polling place.
- Voting Requirements: Here are the requirements to register as a voter in New Hampshire.
- Primary Registration Deadline: The registration cutoff for the primary election is September 11, 2018.
- General Registration Deadline: The registration cutoff for the general election is November 6, 2018.
3. FIND YOUR POLLING PLACE

4. WHAT TO TAKE TO THE POLLS
- Voter ID Laws: New Hampshire does not require identification to vote, unless you are registering that same day.
- Accepted Credentials: To register you must provide proof of identity, age, and citizenship. Contact your polling place for an acceptable list of options.
- Don't have valid ID?: If they do not have a valid ID, a voter may sign an affidavit and vote a regular ballot.

- Ballot Measure #2: Taxpayer Standing to Bring Legal Actions Against Government Amendment — Provides that a taxpayer can bring legal action against government over funds
