President Donald Trump marked the biggest legislative victory of his presidency Friday morning by signing into law the most significant tax reform package in 30 years, delivering a tax cut to more than 80 percent of Americans and lowering tax rates for businesses.
Our big and very popular Tax Cut and Reform Bill has taken on an unexpected new source of "love" - that is big companies and corporations showering their workers with bonuses. This is a phenomenon that nobody even thought of, and now it is the rage. Merry Christmas!

Trump also signed a continuing resolution into law that averts a government shutdown at midnight tonight by providing funding through January 19, 2018. You can read more about that bill below>
The president then departed the White House for a working vacation at Mar-a-Lago, his resort in Florida.
