The Daily Countable: Take Action Today!
THURSDAY, JUNE 15, 2017
Good morning, CountaBuddies!
Though partisan rancor still reigns among political pundits (looking at you Newt Gingrich!) and a few members of Congress, by and large, unity remains the theme on Capitol Hill today. It should last until this evening, when the Congressional Baseball Game begins at Nationals Park. No telling what will happen come tomorrow.
President Trump has a fairly light schedule and has not abandoned his usual daily routine, beginning the morning with a tweet storm. Last we heard he won’t be at the Congressional Baseball Game tonight, but we hope he’ll show up for bipartisanship.
The President: IN WASHINGTON
The president returns to a focus on Workforce Development Week today, dropping by a Governor’s workforce roundtable and then delivering remarks from the White House and signing an executive order.

Send healing thoughts to Steve Scalise, CountaBuddhas. The last update is that he is still in critical condition.
