Make cockfighting a felony in all 50 states

Cockfighting is a terrible practice where people make bets as two roosters are placed in a ring to fight to the death. The birds are bred to be aggressive and often wear knives that are attached to their spurs. These ‘weapons’ are sharp enough to break bones or puncture an eye or lung.
Make ANIMAL cruelty, abuse, and torture FELONIES for ALL convicted ABUSERS.
