ا تتضمن المسودة الحد من سلطات الرئيس ولا تتضمن الفصل الواضح والصريح بين السلطات التنفيذية والتشريعية والقضائىة ولا يوجد أى نص بشان إنتقال السلطة فى حالة عدم قدرة الرئيس على ممارسة صلاحياته. ومن ثم فالمسودة لا تعالج مشاكل الدستور السابق ولا تضمن الحريات ولا تساوى بين المواطنين ولذا فهى مرفوضة شكلا
هل توافق أن يتضمن الدستور الجديد نصا يدين بالخيانة العظمي كل من يرتكب جريمة السعي إلي طرد الأقباط أو أتباع أي دين مختلف عن الإسلام أو أعضاء أي جماعة عرقية أو قبلية من بيوتهم أو قراهم أو ضواحيهم التي يقيمون بها.
نطالب أن يتضمن الدستور الجديد نصا يدين بالخيانة العظمي كل من يرتكب جريمة السعي إلي طرد الأقباط أو أتباع أي دين مختلف عن الإسلام أو أعضاء أي جماعة عرقية أو قبلية من بيوتهم أو قراهم أو ضواحيهم التي يقيمون بها.
