The Princess Vlei is the first vlei in a chain of wetlands that runs through Grassy Park, Cape Town, purifying the water before it runs into the sea. It is a relatively small vlei, but it has a big history, and has long been treasured by the many citizens who have enjoyed its beauty and tranquility.

If you sign this petition it will show that we will not tolerate the horrific needless slaughtering of animals outside of our country.

A busy road of this size, so close to our enclosures and our most sensitive cases, will not only affect Free Me's ability to do successful rehabilitation of the animals in our care, but will also cause irreparable damage to the Nature Reserve and the wildlife that lives here.  Free Me has always
