According the the Calif. 6th Cir. Court of Appeals, private fiduciaries in California are conducting a "feeding frenzy" upon the assests of the disabled, frail, and elderly in California.  We urge people to sign this peition so to help convince Senators Evans and Beall to write legislation CAPPING
