Enforce immediately the rights of returning Lebanese whose properties occupied by relatives.

Descrimination against Expats under the nose of weakly enforced laws with perpetrators have the advantage of being at HOME and will take many forms using popular culture biases to mitigate and propagate hatred.
In Case study one it was against preventing girls of one brother to inherit because the perpetrator claimed that a Christian (his brother's daughters) cannot inherit a Muslim and they were girls and this is not good enough because they will give property to their future husbands..likely a stranger.
In Case Study two I will discuss son in America... other falsities and demonization propaganda.

Case Study 1:
Only Two Brothers.....Oh brother how I love thee!
One brother died (the elder) abroad 13 years ago has four daughters; the eldest one was about 17 years old and the youngest one is disabled with their mom having medical problems of her own when that daughter reached 21 she asked her uncle for her share of inheritance he came up with excuses that they are all girls and he will only share with them a (tiny) fraction of rents to absorb resentment of a cousin who knew of his cousin’s daughters dilemma and needs..This wolf psycho bent on a criminal mindset of usurping his brother’s share sweet talked his brothers daughters with all kinds of family stick together (to prevent them from telling others about the problem) and to prevent them from talking to this cousin who want right by them by spreading rumors and ugly propaganda that serve widening the divide between anyone who could help them and his brother’s girls. Then his kids (of course with his secret instructions) started attacking and creating repeated troubles to his cousin to demonize him in alliance with this cousin brother who had held similar infection of usurping his own brother from his properties.
The eldest daughter came to Lebanon on three separate visits, each time spending a lot of money, without her own home, store and land this happening to be in Lebanon where had already established the setup approach…he was cunning enough to take her to an extremist Muslim clergy man who advanced to her that she had visited a church and here is the proof (her sisters and friends picture attending a church wedding or other celebration) and therefore as a Christian she cannot inherit a Muslim.
Of course this wasn’t the only approach….of many ways this was the latest one he had managed to toy with his brother’s eldest daughter emotions presenting his son who had many girl friends and never been faithful to any to best of my knowledge (not to mention many other shortcomings) as a future husband against her own will…Just so he can somehow keep benefiting and controlling his brother inheritance..
This had been going on for several years now and after spending so much money and suffering intensive propaganda and ugly rumors about his brother’s wife and daughters (all untrue ugly fictions) not to mention scary tactics and threats the lawyers despite asking hefty fees up to now didn’t give them a judgment despite the clarity of the case (legally)…if this occurred in USA or Europe it wouldn’t have taken months….
