    when my daughter was brave enough to disclose sexual abuse perpetrated by her father (he threatened her saying she'd never see me again if she told), I did what any protective parent would do. I called the police and CPS. I filed an ex parte hearing to get visits with my ex professionally supervised. For over a year my girls were safe, then judge Healy was assigned to my case. judge Healy stated that my actions as a protective parent "created a sense of abandonment that was more harmful than...

I called the police and CPS. I filed an ex parte hearing to get visits with my ex professionally supervised. For over a year my girls were safe, then judge Healy was assigned to my case. judge Healy stated that my actions as a protective parent "created a sense of abandonment that was more harmful than any physical act the child couldn't understand anyways". so as long as he's a judge, its OK to molest children as long as they are to young and innocent to understand what you are doing. if a parent dares to go through legal channels to protect their child from abuse, he'll give your child to the abuser. please help my girls got to helpthegreens on facebook to see how you can help.

    I'm sorry you and your daughter went through that. I hear about so many family court problems. When the justice system is involved in abuse we have a problem!
