This petition is to put officers in our schools to make our kids in america feel safer going to school. Because all children deserve to grow up, and make something of themselves. Children are Precious.
It's not the guns killing people, it is simply drugs and alcohol that make ppl do things they would never do sobar and on the right medication.. I have a 1st grader and when I turned the news on and saw the sandy hook school shotting, I cried and felt so confused and was just in such dis belief that some scum bag would do such a horrible horrible thing to children, babies. I would be more comfortable knowing that at the least there is an armed officer between a armed gunman an my son and i dont think it should stop there.. i would fully support arming the teaching staff. Our kids dont feel safe going to school anymore.. The 3 places our children should feel protected are ..Church..Home..and School Lets arm the teachers..
