Because I am a former child POW of both CPS and the institutional abuse at residential treatment facilities. I would do anything to stop my internal torture being inflicted upon another innocent child.

CPS Agency rushes into making a judgement call to keep funds and their jobs more secure. Many times the children are coached or misguided in order to achieve their quotas. The children are also confused and the agency guides their words and thinking. It's just a scam, sometimes children rebel against their parents/guardians/caregivers and CPS Agency is there to capitalize on the situation. CPS takes and keeps the children without any form of communication. CPS Agency tends to fade away...
