Thoughtless self-centered, short sighted people. Many don't think or care. They get a pet, can't take care of it, or really stupid and can't think it out. I am a Home Care Nurse, and see this type of homes do this with a family member!!

Take them to somewhere that has wild wolves, starve them for a week or two then rub the smell of rotten meat all over them and let the bastards go. Let them experience the fear that abused animals feel
People need to be punished, incarcerated, fined and have something very dear taken from them. I would sentence them to death but I doubt this would happen. These people are extremely evil to do this to an innocent, loving being.
Every living thing needs to be treated kindly and respected.
Anyone who doesn't give this and makes animals suffer, need to be prosecuted.
