Most of these low-lifes need the same punishment that they gave to the animal and not just a slap on the hand.
duct tape the teens faces with firecracker"s and let them go off and then wonder around for five days.. There is no punishment they have no idea the pain and suffering the dog went through! Don't even get me goin those teens would get a bad beaten..
