This is the type of insanity that our world has now spawned. The "humans" (and I use that term loosely) that are responsible should receive the maximum penalty of the law for this act. Their final judgement will finish the job.

No dog deserves this...I consider those boys the animals...except animals are never that cruel. We need to be the voice for these dogs and cats that are God gift to us so that we can all experience unconditional love.
If animals defend themselves they are punished so people who abuse them should be! Besides those who abuse animals are very likely to abuse people as well.

We really need to enforce laws that we already have as well as keeping up w/our revisions or creating new ones that fit these crimes & acts of violence towards our children, animals(ALL), and our underpriveleged, mentally challenged, seniorcitizens! Animal abuse must be stopped! The sick people who abuse/torture/maim/kill them must be punished! If no action is taken, their disgusting acts will become so much more horrific!
