Until the entire human world ceases its cruel war on other species, we cannot realize our potential as members of the community of life. On my worst days, when the pain of the animal holocaust is too much to bear, I wish our species out of existence for the good of all other species. The way in which we treat the most vulnerable among us is the measure of who and what we are, and many times, I despair of us.
Animals do not cause the ill will that people inflict on each other. Animals are never deceitful, dishonest, manipulative, or malicious unless they are severely provoked. Animals are often able to forgive humans for unspeakable treatment. All they want is love, and to be treated with the respect that they deserve. It’s unbelievable that in this day and age that animals continue to be abused. With all the technology, education, and research in the world, humans continue to be such primitive and ignorant creatures.

Animals are an important part of creation and I have never understood why some people enjoy hurting them. It seems so pointless and cruel - they deserve to be treated kindly and protected - not abused.
It makes me sick whenever I hear anything about animal cruelty. Animals are dependent on humans to provide them with all basic necessities, and love and kindness are included. They give us unconditional love, so why can't we do the same for them.

ive had pets all my life and any type of cruelty to animals is sadistict.
I am a very big animal lover. If I could I would take every animal in that has been abandoned,mistreated,¬ showed any love at all.
My family and me have been and are against any kind of cruelty being meted out to animals. Further, I am against the method animals and chickens are slaughtered for human consumption.
I just hate to hear of all the cruelty to animals the poor creatures deserve to live a good life with loving owners.

It is wrong, sick, and not necessary. If I was rich I would make it my mission to go to all puppy mills, farms, ect... Shut them the heck down. Creat a jail specifically for Animal Abusers. I give them a taste of their own cruelty!!!
I'll help you! If I ever win the lottery or can someday afford it I would do the same. When the show Animal cops came out all my friends told me it reminded them of me and how mad I get when people are abusive to animals or children cause they're defenseless. But then they give you a gun. I would get in trouble if someone purposely tortured or killed a dog cat or child and they weren't a bit sorry Maybe I wouldnt shoot them but I would really have a hard time not hurting them. It just wouldn't work my prisoners would need medical attention . If they were downright evil I just know my gun would go off all by itself and it would probably get the schmuck in the kneecap going off accidentally and all. And yes I did apply . I love animals and they don't deserve to be tortured and I would join any group in the Houston area that needs people to help .
