I believe that poeple that mistreat animals should be held responsible for their actions. animals give unconditional love and know when your sick. their there for u no matter what. They have feelings too!
We have to make the public aware of how serious this problem really is. Just not in our country but globally. The more people share, the more people made aware will mean more support towards ensuring animals are cared for the way they should be.
