All animals are so defenceless that someone needs to protect them from the abusers. The fine should be am amout that would put a hardship on the people. Jail time at least 3 months in county jai.
A teacher from a school I graduated from (Eugene Field, Chicago, IL) shot his own dog repeatedly last summer. Animal cruelty is a bigger problem than people realize.
I wittness a man shooting a dog for no reason at all.He unloaded his gun on this poor dog I called the sheriff and it is still under ivestigation. I hope and Pray that the system will do the right thing and God willing teach this man a lesson about abuse to animals
All animals are a gift from God. He put them on this earth for a reason, for love, laughter and when we cry. they have compassion and love to make us feel better inside.I have owned alot of dogs and all of them where like a member of the family.It breaks my heart to see these animals being abused. May God have mercy on those who abuse.
I am at great lover of any kind of animal. wildlife dogs cats horses anything but mice. for some reason they make me sick. I have had many dogs of all breeds. where I live I see not abuse but not being able to care of a dog after it becomes a pub. dogs with no shots left in cold winter no license. I live in auburn, ny carol russell is the head of r spca. great job her and her crew does. when I retire in a few months I hope I can help out on york st. in auburn/
