fighting for my dads freedom

8th circuit of appeals have seen my dads case and have taken it. there still is HOPE my dad will be a free man. they let cho mos in and out of prison, how about letting a man who has done 34 almost 35 years in prison have a chance...........

Lets just say my lawsuit got dismissed. The GOOD thing, the assistant attorney general followed us out of the courtroom,and told me, my case was good, i just need to refile it and put my dads name on it, and stand on his behalf...!!!!!!!! so trial and error. …
