I sent mine to the wrong place, better me then you, but at least now I know the right place. sorry about that. It is called Discretionary Benefits thought Ontario Works, not ODSP or Assistive Devices. There should be a local OW office that deals with your area. Call and ask for Discretionary Benefits...
