And allow me to suggest to you, Scott, to have a closer look at the CPS Manual, or perhaps the federal regulations that govern cps workers, as well as family court judges; most states are out for the money, and put THE BEST INTEREST OF THE STATE ahead of what is supposed to be THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD!
