I believe all animals have feelings no matter what they are. Abuse is not what they want. JUst watch there reactions. Dogs love you no matter what.

No animal should be abused I would rather deal with animals then most people. We should have harsh punishment for anyone who is cruel to any animal.

I am an animal lover! No animal no matter what deserves to be beaten or mistreated in anyway! They deserve to be loved just like us humans do! If you don't want the animal take it to a shelter closest to you ! Or give it to somebody that will give show it love! Dogs are a mans best friend !! I think the government needs to help find the animal shelters more than they do with Grant money. God put every animal on this earth for a reason and a purpose.
