Because there is an UN international treaty being entertained in the Senate to regulate arms & gun transfers. It looks good for the intention but the language is so broad, it will very much effect the 2nd Amendment. The language needs details yet, once we enter this slippery slop, there is no stopping it. Let the gun producing nations handle their own affairs without the UN. Let trade groups with their own government control the manufactures leaving the Citizens alone.
