I am a former New Yorker. My late husband worked nearby the twin towers. He passed away on 9/11/00 and would have been devastated by the tragic occurrence on 9/11/01. I recently visited the new memorial on the site of the old twin towers. Very impressive.

IT IS THE RIGHT THING TO DO TO HONOR ALL OF THOSE WHO DIED AND HONOR THE ONES WHO SAVED LIVES. GOD BLESS MY COUSIN MICHAEL WHO SURVIVED AND HELPED OTHERS DO THE SAME.

I got some serious flack by signing this one bro! You would be surprised how many people Do Not want to see this a Nat'l holiday. After listening to some of my friends im not so sure i should have supported it either. I did sign the petition to bring back prayer in school though. :)

To remember all those who lost their lives that day.
