    This picture was taken of Shavano 3 1/2 months after his arrivial. He has gained weight and is now sound and healthy. Shavano needs a sponsor or someone to adopt him and give him the love he deserves. His puppy dog personality will make your heart melt.

    This is Shavano the day he arrived at 2nd Chance. He was so thin and weak. He had been taken off the track in May and put out on straight pasture with no transition time. We were afraid he wouldn't make it through the weekend.
