This seems to be the scenario, after all, they conceived and bore these children so the tax payers can keep paying over and over while the innocent children who didn't ask to be born suffer....who cares,....... well I do!!!!!!

Turns out foster care in WA isn't a trip to Disney Land. The Foster Care Justice Alliance is working to help ensure foster kids get important protections like legal representation at their own hearings, for example. If you're much into joining causes on FB, this is a great one!
