Christian City's mission is to minister to the needs of families with particular emphasis on children, the aged and the infirm, by providing high quality, efficient, effective and affordable residential, health and social services delivered in accordance with the principles of the teachings of Jesus Christ. Christian City is a nonprofit organization providing for the needs of children, the aged and the infirm. On its 500+ acre complex Christian City helps meet the needs of 1,100 people in its Home for Children, Convalescent Center, Alzheimer's Care Center, Sparks Inn Assisted Living/Personal Care facility and Retirement Homes. Christian City's residents include children from dysfunctional and financially distressed families, adults in need of nursing care and assisted living and Personal Care, senior citizens on a limited income, and other senior citizens who want a safe, secure place to retire.
