KIDS V CANCER KIDS V CANCER promotes pediatric cancer research by identifying structural impediments at key junctures in the research process— access to funding, tissue and drugs – and developing strategies to resolve them. Kids v Cancer seeks to improve the research infrastructure overall to increase the prospects that promising ideas are fully explored.

My very close friend Alexa Brown died of cancer on Thursday Aug. 6th at 4 am when I heard about her death I was very sad and I still am but I know she is in a better place and she is healed I will see you in a while Alexa I love you more then anything you ment a lot to me and stiil is <3
My 4 year old daughter was diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer at the age of 10 months and went through 2 years of aggressive chemotherapy. She will be cancer free for 2 years in November. It is my goal to make pediatric cancer as well know as breast cancer. Most people who have children with cancer don't even know that September is pediatric cancer awareness month. I want the world to know our children need our help.

my 12 year old grandson had cancer and he passed away one day befor his 13 birthday.
My husband lost his life to lung cancer Feb 22 2010,when I lost him I lost my best friend my husband and my soul mate.We were high school sweethearts,we were married for 34 years and have two beautiful daughters that he was so proud of,we also have two beautiful grandkids.

well my grand mother died from cancer and my one aunt has brain cancer and there is nothing ha the doctors can do for her as she has had 2 brain opps already and now we are just waiing for the lord o take her.She has never smoked , drank or anything like that , i have never even heard her say that she was ever feeling ill so this took us by suprise when she go so ill.
My Dad has this disease and he's never smoked, never drunk and has always been a very sporty and has always been a man larger than life, its sooooo hard to accept this:(
I HAVE AN AUNCLE THAT HAS THIS DESEASE, HE IS DYING, I HOPE SOMEDAY WE COULD HAVE SOME MEDICINE TO HEAL TO THE PATIENTS AFFECTED WITH THIS DESEASE. YOU MUST HAVE FAITH.
THERE IS ALWAYS MORE TO HELP THE NEEDY DONT EXPECT ANYTHING BACK.

Through the grief of losing my most precious baby girl, some how some way I have managed to wrrite poems, I think a gift of creativity given to me fom Beth as before Beth's tragic passing I could not write a poem, I have now had them made into a tribute book to beth - http://www.blurb.com/books/1363605 - I would dealy love to get at least a few published properly so if any one has any ideas please do let me know, I do not have the money to self publish the book.

There is nothing in the world then giving freely from your heart to someone who needs it. I pray to God for his love, protection and healing to the patients affected with this disease/sick and also comfort to their love ones. I send my well wishes for this cause to reach it's target.
