    Without literacy a person, deaf or hearing, lives in a silent world. It is the key to understanding, the door to opportunity and the means by which we make dreams become a reality. Every person deserves the chance to dream the seemingly impossible and the chance to bring it to fruition! Without literacy we are cut off from this right.
