Aboriginal children have experienced deep racism for speaking English and French. There has been no effort to make Aboriginal Children feel safe or comfortable with Urban Schools yet. We seek to gain a Voice for Aboriginal Children within the Education Systsem of Canada for Reconciliation. No child should be threatened or beaten on the school grounds because they speak 2 languages. The education system must come to terms with the violence toward Aboriginal Children and start working toward Reconciliation and Safety for them in urban centers of Canada;
1) Hire Aboriginal Cultural Safety Workers on the school grounds
2) Hire Aboriginal Liaison Workers
3) Start working with First Nations, Metis and Inuit leaders to develop stronger agreements for Aboriginal Children off-reserve.
We seek Reconcilation to keep Aboriginal Children in School, in safety and protection on the school grounds.

We are in Reconciliation; we ask for new agreements and for the Education system to hire Aboriginal Employee's across Canada to assist and promote good relations. No part time workers, the education system must hire full-time employee's to benefit the relationship with the Government of Canada and Education System with benefits. No hiring self-declared Aboriginal Employee's which promotes bad relationships with Aboriginal Canada and dismisses First Nations, Metis and Inuit applicants. We seek to remove schemes of racism and discrimination policies within the Government structure of Canada. If an Aboriginal Child speaks both languages of French and English, its time to accommodate the Aboriginal Children for safety and protection within the school grounds and hire more Aboriginal Employee's, which would prove to benefit relationships with Canada, aho
