The Indian Act enforces genocidal policies in place to take native children out of their communities, away from their culture, heritage, grandparents, aunts, uncles and brothers and sisters. Many age out of care, and try to connect to their roots; many fail to connect because the culture is foreign to them. We seek to complete our research project, on our historical rights as women VS the Indian Act and policies. Please help us deliver proper and immediate social research information and technology to advance native women in Canadian society. Native women were translators, carried the "name" for the families, carried family laws, laws of the lands and waters. Under the Indian Act they have been pushed into silence. Thank you for your time and consideration, please donate!
