Judge Manno-Schurr is my 8 year-old Paternity - Family Court Case presiding Judge. The 5th Judge to preside over my simple case; an unwed biological father seeking to maintain contact with his daughter Zoraya (Google #StandupforZoraya to read about this case) and Judge Manno-Schurr is enabling Child Abuse via Parental Alienation.
On March 25th, 2015, in a special set hearing at the Family Courthouse, Judge Manno-Schurr interrupted my testimony while on the witness stand to notate the court reporter's record as follows; "the father (me) is turning red in the face, yelling at me, and pointing his finger at me". My attorney, Stuart Abramson, objected noting the record as follows; "the father has been diagnosed with PTSD your honor". Then Judge Manno-Schurr (this is why you should rethink this article) said; "Mr. Inguanzo were you in the military?"
My response: "NO your Honor...YOU AND THIS CASE HAS CAUSED THE PTSD ACCORDING TO MY DOCTORS"
How about that for a Registered Nurse!!!

“Asia’s Law” will stand on the principle that no one parent has the right to infringe upon the legal parental rights of another parent.

STOP POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER~LEGAL ABUSE SYNDROME!
Whatever the court setting, whether it is regarding divorce, child custody, parental support, probate matters, personal injury, property disputes, legal or medical malpractice, criminal charges, or other deeply personal issues, the frauds put forth in our courts add greatly to the trauma. When litigants are unable to get fair resolution to their issues, when the court dysfunction further adds to the litigant’s burden, when no amount of actual case law compels an equitable outcome, litigants suffer often disabling levels of stress. When further attempts to achieve redress fail, litigants display the hallmark signs of Legal Abuse Syndrome (LAS). *The concept of Legal Abuse Syndrome was brought to the attention of this writer by investigative journalist Michael Volpe, who’s completing a book on the life and suicide of ones of its victims. The book’s pre-publication title is Bullied to Death: The Chris Mackney Story. (Dr. Huffer, incidentally, invites reports of cases like this one on her website’s Contact page.)

“Asia’s Law” will also make it illegal for a custodial parent to change the name of a minor without the other natural parent’s consent—in any state.

Mr. Foxworth’s is a poignant story of a father’s alienation from his child that includes collusion by family members and the state. A more detailed version can be found on Mr. Foxworth’s tribute to Asia, DaddysHeart.com, under the tab “Asia’s Law.”
“Asia’s Law” is Mr. Foxworth’s proposal to stop parental alienation.
