Puppy Doe - court update August 19th 2014

Update on court appearance of Puppy Doe torturer.

PUPPY DOE UPDATE via court appearance August 19th 2014.

RADOSLAW CZERKAWKSI - The 33-year-old Polish immigrant accused of torturing a young pit bull so horrifically that she had to be put down in the notorious “Puppy Doe” case will stand trial in February on charges he stole from an elderly woman he was taking care of. Norfolk Superior Court Judge Kenneth Fishman yesterday set Radoslaw Czerkawski’s trial on larceny charges for Feb. 9 while about 30 Puppy Doe supporters gathered at the Dedham courthouse.

Czerkawski is accused of stealing more than $100,000 while he worked as a live-in caretaker for an elderly Quincy woman with dementia.

Fishman also scheduled a Nov. 7 hearing where a trial date could be set in the Puppy Doe animal abuse case.

Czerkawski faces 12 counts of animal cruelty for allegedly torturing the young female pit bull and leaving her for dead last August in a Quincy park. Police said Czerkawski beat and tormented the dog, ripping her joints apart and splitting her tongue like a serpent’s.

The dog had to be euthanized
because of her injuries.

Violence against animals NEEDS TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY….make the people who commit these acts of violence on animals pay harshly for their crime!

IN LOVING MEMORY OF OUR PUPPY DOE previously named Kiya.

It is nearly one year (Aug 31st 2013) since she was found dumped in the park, and then so sadly having to be put to her sleep due to having injuries so brutal, so unimaginable.

Let’s remember this sweet innocent little dog, and use our Voices on behalf of her to fight for better Laws for all animals worldwide.

RIP Puppy Doe – never, ever forgotten.

Does an Animal Abuser Live in Your Neighborhood? Our communities have good reason to be concerned about the whereabouts of animal abusers.
