Anthony Suau, a Pulitzer Prize recipient and Emmy award winner, lived in Europe for 20 years. When he moved back to the U.S., he wondered why the quality of the meat here was so poor, compared with what he was used to in Europe.
Suau decided to find out. His research led him to look at the bigger picture—why is poor-quality food the norm in this country? And what can be done to change that?
