Daily Mirror, 7th April 2014, Tilly, owner Genna Robinson, dog was left with partner whist she was away, the dog went missing and was later found in the Trent and Mersey Canal near the village of Church Lawton, Cheshire. The press reports the dog was snatched and then killed by yobs,

The result was a surge in public interest through social media, we kept it on social media news as much as we could as the press lost interest, as a collective of people, members of the group from all walks of life, this was kept on going and we never intended to stop until the person(s) were brought to justice, through collective effort by over 3000 people we got him, the man was jailed!
About the latest case, The dog is reported to have been taken from outside an Aldi, the owner is from Congleton, Cheshire and the dog was found 7 mile away in the rural village of Church Lawton, Cheshire, 13 minutes by car from Congleton, over 2 hours to walk or around an hour and many changes via a train with walking as the rural public transport is wanting, The area is within the Sandbach and Alsager Neighbourhood Policing Team. Church Lawton village has zero crime rate, anti social behavior in the area's nearby and other associated youth crime is very low, and none in Church Lawton, someone out there must have seen something, please report it.
