I don't eat chicken, or any meat. I have lots of reasons for that, but one is that I think the food industry is not well enough regulated. When economic gain Is the force most driving production, important precautions get left behind. Many of the people I love do eat chicken, and see it as a healthy alternative to other meat sources. Because I care about them and their health, and because I want them here with me for a long time, I will do whatever I can to help make their diets and their world as safe as I can.
