Update #1 ·

Bunny is Safe!

Cupid was bunny number A4655562 taken as a stray 11/23/13 and housed in a 2x2 space. He is approximately 2 years old and was labeled as "aggressive" and being released only to rescues that were listed on the approval list.

A plea was made on Facebook since time was of the essence. BWF's own Advisory Board Member had to state a case to adopt Cupid from the shelter for the public. At 645pm, Cupid was rescued and allowed to run to his heart's desire. He was not only lucky, but was happy to be saved..

Unfortunately he is not neutered; moreover,no signs of aggression were noted!

With the fosters at BWF maxed to capacity, Friends of Unwanted Rabbits (FUR) has offered to take on Cupid with the challenge of transportation from Los Angeles,CA to Folsom,CA. Since so many of us fell in love with him, we named him Cupid.

Thank you JENNY & ERNIE for saving this boy's life! :))
Cupid was fortunate enough that a House Rabbit Society member was in town that would transport him to Richmond,CA at which point FUR organized two transporters from Richmond,CA to Palo Altos,CA and Palo Alto,CA to Folsom,CA. AMAZING is an understatement.

He is as lucky a bun as they come. However, Felix needs surgery. He needs to be neutered, examined, stool tested to rule out coccidia and funds to assist his rescue/transport. If you'd like to make a donation, please do so by PayPal or Givezooks.http://www.bunnyworldfoundation.org/donate/

~Thank you! BWF Rescue Team.
