The reality is, that people are being arrested for minor things that in the past would only have resulted in a ticket or fine, and then they are thrown into these horrible conditions that are inhumane even for guilty people. We need to stand up because although we like to pass judgment or argue that this situation was due to someone's moral failing, the fact is this could happen to ANYONE.
