Update #9 ·

Will You Join Me in the Fight Against the NSA?

Supporters,

Thank you friends for your involvement in the campaign to stop the NSA. Since the initial leaks over the summer, more and more has come out about the NSA’s gross abuse of our privacy.

Next Tuesday, February 11, 2014 a community of grassroots activists, business leaders, and politicians are coming together for a day of action to fight back against the NSA.

Known as the Day We Fight Back, February 11th will mark the day we stand up and demand our politicians protect our privacy and vote Yes on the USA Freedom Act!

We are 12,500 people strong already and can make the voices in the Day We Fight Back even louder. Will you all join me in participating?

All of us have already signed the petition in support of the USA Freedom Act. As a reminder, this is going to be our best weapon against the over-reaching of the NSA and will help protect our personal information from the prying eyes of faceless government agents. If passed, it will end bulk collection of phone records by the NSA, close the backdoor search loophole that allows searches without a warrant, and will reform the FISA Court.

We are already fighting back, but let’s take it to the next level. Let’s show what we’re made of by being a part of the Day We Fight Back on February 11th.

I will be sending several emails this week and next with all the ways we can get involved, but you can also check out this update that lists suggestions.

For Freedom,

Jack

You are being watched!!  At this very moment, the National Security Agency (NSA) is looking through billions of our emails and phone records.
