Update #22 ·

Marissa remains on bail!

Despite claims that Marissa had violated the terms of her bond, the judge ruled this morning that Marissa will remain under house arrest.

The verdict was given after a testimony from April Wilson, the employee from the Sheriff's Office who supervised Marissa's detention. Wilson stated that she approved each of Marissa's trips out of her home, unknowing that some of those trips violated Marissa's bond agreement. [1]

Marissa will now remain under house arrest until her new trial starts on March 31st.

We'll keep you updated as the trial gets closer. Stay tuned for ways you can help and together we will make sure that Marissa walks free!

Thank you,
James Williams
