Update #21 ·

Marissa's release is being threatened

Angela Corey, the prosecuting attorney in Marissa's case, has just filed a motion to retract Marissa's pretrial release.

Marissa has been on house arrest since November 27th, and now, Corey is claiming that Marissa violated the terms of her parole by leaving her home to run errands.

A new hearing to discuss Corey's motion has been scheduled for this Friday at 9am EST. [1]

I'll keep you posted as we learn more on Friday, but in the meantime you can help.

Please continue to build support for Marissa by inviting your friends to join our community and sign the petition.

Thank you,
James Williams
