21 of the Feral Rabbits are at River's Wish Animal Sanctuary!
On 12/27/13 Rivers Wish took in 21 of the feral rabbits from a couple who compassionately caught. loved and cared for them, however they had 45 rabbits but were not able to keep up with the expense.
Rivers Wish drove to Libby from Spokane and brought the 21 rabbits to their facility. These rabbits are going to be getting spayed and neutered on December 31st and January 3rd. They have raised $400.00 of the $1600.00 bill, and need our support to help with the remaining $1200.00 needed to get these bunnies fixed so they have a chance to find the loving homes they so deserve.
Rounds around town have been made to check on the rabbits still in danger and running loose, however the owners of the property are currently not willing to allow trapping, we are working on this issue and will keep you posted.
