We all remember what happened last December in Newtown, Connecticut. It was one of those events in the world that tattoos itself on your soul. As we watched from afar, some men and woman had to see the horror, and live it. And will always be living it. And those people, deserve to know, that although we may not know the hurt they feel, we know that they are hurting.
Thomas Bean, a police officer from Newtown, is one of these people. He has been diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and can not return to work. Soon he will be fired, and removed from disability without an income.
Please don't ignore him and his struggle. Ask yourself: would you have wanted to go into that school that morning?
Help officer Bean and his family continue his recovery by signing this petition. Hopefully we can bring the proper attention to a man that has earned our respect.
