Marissa's bond hearing

Tomorrow, Marissa will find out if she will be released on bond until her new trial in March. In the courtroom, her lawyers will be arguing that Marissa is not a "flight risk" and only wishes to care for her three children. [1]

The hearing will take place at 4pm EST at the Duval County Courthouse in Jacksonville, Florida. The group Free Marissa Now has organized a rally outside the courthouse and will be in attendance wearing purple. If you are in the area your support at the rally would be incredible! Please arrive at the courthouse at 3:30pm EST. Click here for more details.

As soon as the outcome of the hearing has been announced, we will determine Marissa's exact location and send her your letters - there are over 100 of them. If you would still like to add your words of encouragement, please do so here.

Thank you all for your support as we reach this pivotal moment in our campaign to free Marissa! We will be sending another update tomorrow with the result of the hearing.

All the best,
James Williams.
