Building a future for youth by youth Check us out! www.youthspeakcollective.org Youth Speak Collective (YSC), a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, is a youth-driven initiative empowering low-income communities in the Northeast San Fernando Valley with the skills necessary to pursue higher education and create strong communities. We are hopeful that you can join the coalition of passionate allies who have rallied around YSC and its programs. 1. We believe all youth want to be heard and understood, and give back to their family and community. 2. Youth can make social changes in their community through art, educational, recreational, entrepreneurial, and beautification opportunities. 3. We believe that strong values should shape the way we do business, run programs, develop our staff and interact in our community. 4. We encourage youth to become advocates within our programs, our community and in the City of Los Angeles. 5. We believe that a good education structure is an essential part of personal and community development.

Help middle and high schools students in our summer programs at Youth Speak Collective think about effective ways of community outreach. Summer is an important time to keep youth busy with positive activities. Spread the word about this campaign and give us your thoughts! http://www.razoo.com/story/Summerprograms
