The Olio well was completed on September 21st, 2012 and drilled by Fields of Life for Wells of Life. The well is located in Kalaki which is in Kaberamaido District in Northern Uganda where access to water is one of the biggest problems in the area. The nearest water source was a shallow well which was 500 yards away from the community. The water was contaminated as it was shared with animals resulting in many people becoming extremely ill due to waterborne disease such as typhoid and bilharzias. The provision of clean water will save many live and provide safe clean drinking water for 150 households. The well was graciously funded by the LifeVantage Corporation of Sandy, Utah.

Raising funds for this organization means saving the lives of those who do not have access to the basic right of clean water. 1.5 million children under the age of 5 die every year from lack of clean water. For every $6,000 raised to Wells of Life, a well will be drilled in a village without clean water in Uganda.
