Violence is contagious. It also is uncontrolled. You are violent, you are bound to use violence against anyone or anything that comes your way. You have been a beaten wife or child, you can be expected to beat your kids and/or partner. Believe me, I know from sad experience.
Fortunately enough, good actions also are socially contagious. Anyone can regain consciousness and mend its ways, inspired by a common movement, and consequently join one. I am 80. I waited too long. Please, start earlier.
