From 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. on weekdays, homeless people can find rest at St. Boniface Church in San Francisco. The Gubbio Project provides a welcome refuge from the streets and a place to find some peace because any homeless find it difficult to sleep at night as they're often evading the police and wary of people attacked or taken advantage of. One way you can help is by volunteering to monitor the church during these "sleeping hours".
